Its official, I?ve been bitten by the Youtube bug yet again. I?ve been browsing and collecting a bunch of videos on youtube recently. So, as a result I?m going to be posting a series of video posts. I don?t know for how long I?m going to be doing these video posts, so will just have to see what happens.

I think the idea of sharing others work on here is a good idea because listening (or reading) the same voice drone on and on can get a bit repetitive I think. Its nice to mix things up and get some fresh faces and ideas on here.

Anyway, these two are super. Everything that I preach on here revolves around the principles explained in the video. Its about lifestyle change. Its about wrapping your head around diet and exercise as best you can, and ultimately changing your lifestyle and behavioral patterns that directly correlate to health.

On my homepage its very clear what I?m trying to get people that visit this site to understand in full. And that is that the combination of the 2 in your own creative way will lead you down a path to a very fulfilling and rewarding level of health and fitness.

The fun fact about this principle is that there are a million and one different ways to combine the 2. Put your own spin on things and do the exercises that you know you?ll love, and eat the healthy foods you know you?ll love or eventually warm up to. No 2 people have the same combination, we are all snowflakes.
