As a Senior Business Analyst at Capital One, you bring a combination of analytical and problem solving skills to help us succeed. You will be responsible for identifying challenges and opportunities for improvement, and then solving them with well-grounded recommendations.

In this role you will may be required to design a new product to appeal to consumers while maintaining profitability, measuring and making recommendations on ROI for marketing campaigns, or working with extensive web data to optimize our web experience.

It will involve creating new frameworks, developing hypothesis and in-market tests, scoping operational feasibility, leading implementation efforts and communicating to senior management.

The Senior Business Analyst role is perfect for somebody who wants to combine analytical skills with business impact.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze business problems

- Ability to create sophisticated problem-solving frameworks
- Identify and analyze opportunities for strategic improvements to current business model
- Analyze data to prove core hypothesis

- Make recommendations for improvement

- Create a well-grounded business case to drive senior management buy-in
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives
- Communicate analytical insights and progress on implementation to internal stakeholders

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Quantitative field such as Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics
- Two years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Strategy Consulting/Marketing
