The "Someone Like You" singer began dating Simon, 26, last summer and went public with him in January. A month later, she brought him along with her to the Grammy Awards in LA, where she picked up six statues for her hit album 21.
After winning big, Adele told Vogue that she was "f***ing off for four or five years" to focus on starting a family.
?At least now I can have enough time to write a happy record. And be in love and be happy,? she admitted. ?And then I don't know what I'll do. Get married. Have some kids. Plant a nice vegetable patch.?
