Your mental health can be directly influenced by the physical heath of your body. It is imperative to eat a well-balanced diet, and to get some form of exercise every day. If you have a strong body, you will have a strong mind.
Be the best you can be at what you are doing! Follow your passion to the greatest possible aspirations. You will never be number one at anything, but we can try to be great. Do your best to become a leader in your industry, as it will give your self-esteem a boost.

You should always want a higher level of self restraint when working hard for personal development. Learn to exercise restraint over the desires of the flesh to achieve a higher level of self control. Beat bad habits like gluttony, jealousy, lust or greed. Controlling these desires will prevent negative impacts on your body and spirit.
